While perusing the clearance section of my local craft store, I came across these plastic charms. They sat on my craft desk for a month before my crafty light bulb flashed on. These would make the perfect earrings plus be an easy way of expressing my evil genius-ness.
– E6000 glue (or another jewelry glue)
– blank ear studs (these are 6mm)
1. Make mark in the center on the back of the charm. I eyeballed it.
2. Put a small drop of glue on the back of the earring (where you made your mark). I used the toothpick to spread the glue. Gently push the earring back into the glue and hold for a couple of minutes. I let the glue cure overnight. I did them in the afternoon and them wore them after I got the off to school the next morning.
3. The finished product.
This was quick project that came together easily. Now I’m looking for more things I can turn into stud earrings.
